Spectra
SPECTRA is our cyber-electronic warfare platform that is modular and designed to support spectrum operations, passive sensing, secure communications, and flexible digital effects. With a clearly defined structure, it allows for modifications to meet changing operational needs and varied deployment models.
- Modular SDR-based architecture.
- Passive radar and SIGINT integration.
- Secure communications layer with post-quantum readiness.
- Changeable mission modules that adapt based on updates.
- Designed for portable, mobile, stationary, and extended deployment concepts.
OUR PROCESS — HOW SCD DELIVERS SUPERIORITY
SCD's main platform, SPECTRA, is a modular cyber-electronic warfare system built on a Software-Defined Radio (SDR) architecture. The process works in four clear stages:
- DETECT: SPECTRA's passive radar and integrated SIGINT capabilities provide continuous monitoring across all domains—land, air, sea, space, and cyber. Every emission is identified and attributed in real-time, giving commanders full situational awareness before making engagement decisions.
- AUTHENTICATE & CONTROL: Supported by a zero-trust structure ready to comply with NATO STANAG 4774 and NIST 800-53, the platform enforces strict identity checks for every device in the network. Friendly systems operate without interruption. Unauthorized or enemy systems are isolated and flagged for countermeasures.
- NEUTRALIZE NON-KINETICALLY: Through cyber-electromagnetic convergence, SPECTRA provide precise, non-destructive electronic countermeasures (ECM)—disabling, denying, or deceiving enemy systems without causing physical destruction, collateral damage, or escalation risks. Each effect is reversible by design, giving commanders flexible, Rules-of-Engagement-compliant response options at every conflict level.
- ADAPT & SUSTAIN: SPECTRA's mission modules can be reconfigured as operational needs change. Threat-signature updates, AI model adjustments, and firmware patches are delivered continuously through our SaaS layer—ensuring each deployed unit remains up-to-date without needing hardware replacements.
This process can scale from squad-level tactical deployments to national satellite and grid operations, and the platform can be customized to each client's specific device hardware needs.

DUAL-USE
SCD is designed for both military and civilian use:
- Defence: Multi-domain threat detection, unmanned system authentication, anti-drone perimeters, C2 network protection.
- Civilian: Airport and seaport security, critical energy and smart-base infrastructure, private 5G protection, IoT/ICS safety.
This dual-market architecture speeds up revenue growth through civilian procurement while fostering customer relationships and building a track record that supports major defence ministry contracts.
SOVEREIGN PRODUCTION MODEL
SCD's modular structure is specifically meant to promote domestic production licensing. Partner nations can create their own manufacturing capabilities within their national defense industries transforming SCD from a supplier into a long-term strategic infrastructure partner. This model meets supply chain sovereignty requirements that are now essential across EU and NATO procurement standards.
